It is getting colder in Perth.

Have anyone else noticed that there seem to be more homeless persons in the streets of Perth?

I have been trying to get in 10,000 steps a day since my sons bought me a fitness watch. I have taken to walking to the city and back during lunchtime bearing in mind we cannot eat in a restaurant.

During those walks, I can see more and more homeless persons struggling out there.
